Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of package of any shipping claims. Tracking info will be made available to you once the item is shipped either by Paypal e-mail, or direct e-mail from us. All UPS and Fed-Ex claims are handled by Pampooh's. All USPS claims must be handled by the buyer. However, if there is a problem with your USPS delivery, please contact us first before filing a claim. We will supply you with a claim invoice for USPS claims. If you feel a parcel has been lost, or excessively delayed, please contact us. Items returned for any other reason than damage or incorrect fulfillment will be subject to a 10% return fee. Return shipping is paid by Pampooh's in the event of damage or incorrect fulfillment. All returns must have an RMA number before returning item.
