All KWO items we sell have never been displayed, and come from a smoke free retail showroom. Items photographed are carefully removed, then re-packaged in the box as it arrived to us. All pieces are checked before shipping, and will be carefully packaged for arrival to your home.We ship USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS depending on your location. If you need an item quickly, check with us for an upgraded method before payment. Otherwise, normal transit times and shipping methods will apply. We are on the East Coast, and can't be held responsible for West Coast shipment transit times. All items paid in full will ship within one business day of payment.
